Dear Kathy,
This is in reguards to the new manager of the Viking Gardens. Since Lori and Jim, being manager's of these apartments and running the apartments with integrity. While thru out the years, managers came on gone. And with this new manager(Pardon me, of my lack of awareness; her name won't ring up in my head), managing the apartments now, is actualy bringing Viking Gardens back to its proper repsectful foundation. Though she's a rough one and one who keeps it real, as to being stright to the point, she's alright.

So here is were I will close this letter to you and to those that mihgt view it. Take care, and have a pleasant day, Kathy.
