Im planning on moving in at the end of this month and very excited! I was able to lock in at the "special" prices of $1099.00. I wanted to move closer to my family in La Habra, I must've seen every apartment in La Habra befoe coming to te conclusion Village Green was the best. I currentely live in a complex where I have to park on the "street" everyday due to lack of parking; Village Green looks like they would never have a problem with that (parking area looks HUGE). I was also treated very well during my visit, i was given a cold bottled water, took my tour in a golfcart, and all my questions were answered. Like I said, SOOOOOO EXCITED TO MOVE IN!!!

just make sure that you don't leave anything of value in your car, we have a major problem with auto burglary. Also, don't get too excited about the move in rate, when your lease is up your renewal rate is going to get jacked up.

It's kind of common sense not to leave anything of value out in the open as an invitation for someone to break into your car and steal. I doubt you'll have any problems if you aren't stupid about what you leave out in plain view. As for your lease going up at the end of your lease. Rent is going up everywhere and unfortunately you can't expect to pay the same amount of rent in a year as you are now. :( I've been here almost three years and haven't had a really dramatic rent increase. It's always been pretty reasonable and comparable to other aparmtents I've checked out. I think all in all you will really enjoy it here.
