The location, floorplan and neighbors are the only pleasant aspect of Village Green. The management office just absolutely terrible... don't be fooled by their sweetness in luring you to rent the place... once you are a member of the community... it's just down hill from there. My first week of move in my toilet and the tub flooded and no maintenace team showed up... My laminate floors were flooded for five smelly hours. On weekly bases, Sunday mornings in particular, town bums wheel in with a Walmart shopping cart and go through the dumpster. Guest parking is a rare jewel after 9pm in this complex and there is completely no patrol on duty... if I'm correct the security seats in his car and talks on the phone. But as mentioned earlier... the management office is what you should be in the look out for... they are harder to get in contact than a hollywood celebrity... they just don't like to be interfered unless you are future interested resident. SO... "dont BE HERE, BE HOME somewhere else"

YOU SAID IT!!! And added note...sometimes security gets out of the car to put flyers on everyones door in the middle of the night. You'll know when they are coming because you'll hear all the dogs start to bark!!
