Don't be fooled when you first come to look at apartments!

They are so nice when you are a prospective tenant, but once your here....YOUR STUCK!
Parking is terrible, plumbing is terrible, the first time I cleaned my bathroom sick I discovered it was painted! Now it has chips and peals that mangement has no interest in fixing. The laundry rooms suck, the water is luke warm no matter what temperature your trying to wash your clothes in. If you live on the side of the complex that runs next to the creek you will need to keep your windows closed 3/4 of the time. That's the only way to keep from smelling the stench of sewer. The management office can't be bothered with anything other than prospective tenants. So if you looking to rent here, talk to some of the other residents in all the different buildings first, that should be enough to change your mind!
