I lived in this apartment for a couple of years, and loved it! Although as the staff changed hands, I found I was displeased in the managers new attitude, I am overall impressed! The site is nice with a dirty creek running through it that I occasionally picked up trash from. The apartment layout provided optimum space for all of one's belongings. No trouble with plumbing whatsoever. The only major downers were the previously stained carpet that had been dyed over (which is common) and the PAINTED TUB. ::vomits:: Progressively, as we spent more time at the house, the paint began to chip off. It looked horrible.

Parking was never a major problem unless you come home from work after 8PM. Even then, if you don't mind a walk, it's possible.

Overall, this apartment is one of the best to find for such a good price in the area.
