I have been a resident for some months now and I am happy living at village green. I feel safe in the area. I love their pet policy. I would say that I failed to notice the poor poor workmanship on the apartment before moving in. The paint job inside is awful. The paint on the walls started chipping, and our tub started chipping. Seems like they used the wrong paint in the bathroom. The other thing is parking, there are old un-registered vehicles taking up way too many parking spots. Not only are they eye sores they take up space. It's hard coming home and not finding parking. There are so many cars without permits. Another thing is that certain dog breeds were not to be allowed and I have seen many pitbulls being walked around. Other than that Village Green will be a place I will be residing for a long time.

I agree with most of what is being said, especially the problems with the craftsmanship. And like this resident, I feel that I myself am personally safe. However, cars and carport storage units are broken into on a fairly regular basis. The condos that surround the complex are having the same problems with their cars and garages as well. My daughters bike was stolen after someone cut the lock and on a different occasion my car was broken into. Several of my neighbors have also has their cars either broken into or stolen, and less that 2 weeks ago my neighor told me that the lock had been broken off their storage several items were stolen out of it. Although I don't believe that Bre/Village Green is doing enough to provide adequate security for this complex, the repsponsibility to do so isn't soley theirs. It's our responsibility as residents and good neighbors to watch out for each other. Look out for your neighbor and their property and in turn, they'll look out for you.
