Nice, Safe Place. Higher Prices keep out the hoodlums - Very nice, peaceful place to live. Yes, parking sucks. Most everyone living here are working professionals. I do not have to worry about loud noise, ghetto fights outside, or worry about cockroaches or rats running in my unit. The units are 10 years old and in very good shape. Nice big apartments I lived here for 4 years. The apartments are very big with lots and lots of closet space a huge pantry and a huge patio. The upgrades are nice. I have never had an issue with management, she was prompt in responding back to me and maintenance was handled in a timely manner.
