Notice to Renew Rent

If you are thinking about buying here think twice. We are current renters, and while we've been happy with our unit (no college kids on our side- building K) we just received a "notice to renew lease." Therefore, I get the feeling from this notice as well as signs on the leasing office referring to phase one, that only part of the apartments are converting to condos for sale at this time. The second half will convert later once they collect all the rent they need. Keeping part of the condos as apartments for now will allow them to have steady money coming in until the other units are sold. If I were purchasing a place I wouldn't want 1/2 still being rented out until a later date. We also didn't receive a "90 day purhcase notice" or letter declairing we won't have our lease renewed. Again, we are in building K which is in the other side of the complex from the sales office. We won't be renewing our lease as I fear they will be entering my apartment with only 24 hour notice whenever they want to "survery" or "sell" my unit. It's happened too many time before.
