I rented a unit on 4th floor. I was thinking to buy one unit, so I thought to rent to live for a few months before buying. I am sooooo glad I didn't buy any unit here. The Hallways are VERY DIRTY and SMELLY. Don't get fool by the out side apperance.
There is no air circulation in the APT. IT is SOOOO HOTTTTTTTT inside of the APT. Huge windows, getting so much sun and yet if you open all the windows there is no air circulation!!! There is no air circulation on the long Hallways either...Smelly old carpets... I was told there would be shopping cart in the parking, but I hardly can find one, and have to carry all the groceries. TOTALLY WAIST OF MONEY. HOPE THE MANAGMENT DO SOME THING ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS.
