Beautiful Place To Live, Yet, Management Sucks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I purchased a condominium at Regents La Jolla. I absolutely love this place! I have granite counters, spacious unit, and great variey of ammenties. However, management here is really horrible, especially, the HOA manager, Kerry. I've heard numerous complaints from other homeowners about her demeanor and I've experienced it first-hand as well. The concierge is just as rude! I pay HOA fees on a monthly basis, and us homeowners, do not deserve to be treated this way! They consistently close the office during office hours, and there is so much turnover! There is currently a petition going around to get new people in here because we want people who are more customer-service oriented. I highly recommend this place to live at! It's absolutely breath-taking and I have a feeling we'll get new management as well. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
