Don't move here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2004   A new management company (HCA) took this over from John Collins approximately 3-4 years ago and ran this place into the ground. The management is ridiculous, unfriendly, unknowledgable, and unhelpful. They increase the rent every 6 months with ABSOLUTELY NO amenities to show for it. They'll keep your deposit no matter how clean the apartment is and there is a huge ant problem. Trust me, you DON'T want to live here.
