The onsite manager was very intuitive and welcoming. Always remembered our names and faces and also the maintenance mans' friendly attitude was pleasing. Very quick responses to issues is nice. Apartments could use an internal face lift, but we all know how that goes (starting with the dishwashers.)
The residents are quiet, and with a small child as we had there were no major complaints. No pests, no security issues, parking is reasonable and the location is almost perfect on the private cul de sac of Shasta Lane. If you're looking to move in use that website to get a cash bonus of $100 and tell them the former tenants, Family of 3 from #18 send their best regards!
