It is definatly not worth the the amount. The cabinets are very old, dark brown laminated cabinets( bathroom also has same color cabinets), pantry portion is cracked and management refused to replace the part that was cracked. The bathroom has reaked of mildew since we first moved in. It is very obvious that the bathroom cabinets need to be taken out and the floor pulled up because of the smell. Only has a wall unit air conditioner and only select apartments have dishwashers(I was shown an apartment with a dishwasher but did not get one in my apartment). The complex used to be very quiet, however there are so many kids running around outside screaming and making noise that you hardly get any peace and quiet. Parking is horrible. The have converted so many spaces into handicapped spaces and they are not even used. swimming pool is as big as your bathtub and the gym facility equipment does not work, weights are missing, treadmill and bike suck, ridiculous pathetic gym!!!! They have a tot lot with one thing for the kids to get on and some other stupid piece of crap that has no use. They recently raised the cost of the washers and dryers too. The only good thing about this complex is that it is clean, as far as landscaping goes it is nice and you are allowed to wash 24 hours a day.
