I lived here for about 2 years. It was fine until a family of oh I don't know...4 or 5 kids and one single mother...moved in to the tiny apartment next to me. Only then did I realize that the walls were paper-thin. The location is great, and everything except the apartment next to me was pretty quiet. It's close to SDSU and a couple shopping areas. Parking was ok most of the time, when I was there. Overpriced, the gym was pretty shoddy, and the laundry room was always full. The interiors and appliances were pretty old and nothing spectacular yet they managed to charge me all kinds of cleaning fees when I moved out, despite my cleaning for a week straight after I got everything out -- like a fee for "dirty seals" on the practically broken refrigerator. Come on. None of the managers seemed to stay more than a couple months while I was there.
