Beware of Condo Conversion!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Do NOT rent here! They are converting these apartments into condos (which they will not tell you before you sign the lease)and you will be living in a construction zone! We have a construction dumpster taking up all the prime parking, wake up to hammering and saws at 7am (even on the weekends!) and have our water shut off at least 2-3 times a week and do not get hot water until after 9pm. You will NOT enjoy a peaceful, quiet life here... look elsewhere and save your self from moving again in only a few months!!!!
