Becareful when you move out! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I am a very clean and neat person that live in one of their units for a few months. When I moved out I left the place in outstasnding conditions; However, they are charging me for a new carpet, cleaning and painting. At the end I owe them money. I wish I have taken pictures when I moved out, and walk the place with somebody from the office.
