If you like your car or clothes dont move here. Stuff is always getting stolen. they raised the price of the washer and dryer recently which makes everything worse. Now I have to pay more to get my laundry stolen. Also they allow dogs but they dont like the things that come with dogs. They dont want your dog on the grass, or even inside the complex, just walk your dog in the street.
The maintenance guy for the complex does a good job and always takes the extra step to get things done. That is the one good point of this complex. You have to pay for a gauranteed spot which isn't a big deal, except that they raised the price, so once again I have to pay more for my car to be broken into, but atleast I can go to the same spot everyday to see if it has been vandalized.
The new apartment manager, is fake, rude, unhelpful, and not the smartest person I have ever encountered. Dont tell her though because she thinks she is. I would be worried about her reading this but I dont think she can even read, seriously. We need the old girl back. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I agree with most of your post. I can't believe they raised the cost of the assigned parking spots. They must justify this with the fact that they supposedly hired a security company. But, I defy anyone to actually every SEE this so-called security company at night or anytime for that matter. My car has gotten stolen once, broken into 3 times, and had the wheels AND tires stolen right off and the car left on blocks. As for the dog thing...I can agree with them not wanting owner's to allow their dogs to crap all over the grass. Too many owners are inconsiderate and don't clean up after their dogs. I have a little dog, but he is box trained and deaf (which means he doesn't BARK). I do agree I wish they'd bring back the old manager. The new one all acts nice and SAYS she will get things done/fixed BUT she never follows through, even after repeated requests. Pretty much useless.

i used to live there and i agree with the part about clothes and def the car situation!!! as for the dogs, maybe if dirty ass people would pick up after their dogs, dogs could actually get walked in the complex. you can thank those that are too lazy to clean up after their dogs, makes you wonder if they know how to wipe their own ass...probably not! as for the maintenance guy, he is good....the new manager, i'd have to disagree with you on that one. because of her....u lazy people now get dog bags provided to you for FREE so try to use them.i never relied on someone to give me a bag to pick up after my dog....its called RESPONSIBILITY AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS.if you don't have that, don't expect it in return. she's was nothing but great with us and went out of her way to help us with any problem that we had. i wouldn't say she's rude, she's just straight forward. she's not your mother, even though some of the people here might think so. she tells it like it is....and...laundry prices...she doesn't own the complex...so if your too cheap to move and buy your own washer and dryer...don't complain, or complain to someone that can do something about that....all my requests were always met in a timely manner so maybe you should reconsider the way you ask?????
good luck with everything....

The second response seems to be taking this a little personal, maybe it was written by the worlds worst apartment manager. First, I always use my own bags and clean up all the time, to make general statements about the dog owners not cleaning up after their dog is absurd. Second, lets not say that providing bags is amazing, it called property management, every apartment I have ever lived in has provided dog bags for the residents. Its a pretty basic service for an apartment that allows dogs, which if I am not mistaken, this apartment has just started allowing dogs within the last six months or so. The reason they did this is to attract more residents to a complex that is severly lacking, and has only become worse with the hiring of the worst apartment manager in the world.
Lastly, when a tenant has an issue they may be mad, or even upset. As the apartment manager, you cant expect people to be considerate all the time, you are an apartment manager, it is your job to deal with unhappy tenants, you work in a service industry so get used to it. It is the apertment managers job to take care of requests no matter how they adre presented to her. Deal with it.

ok, you may be one of the few people that pick up after their dogs, but many of the people who live here don't. so pat yourself on the back for picking up after yours. and they don't need to provide you bags...it's not their dog....even if they allow dogs. they allow cat's and don't need to provide you with a litter box do they? next... as for the apartment manager, dealing with unhappy tenants is one thing, but taking the tenants ---- when there's nothing she can do about it, is another. all she can do is relay the messages that the tenants give to her. when it's something she can take care of, she always has...at least for most people....and for those that she hasn't, i'm sure she had a good reason.....so instead of complaining so damn much....move out! but wait....why don't people move out? cause they like it there, they just like to ----- a lot cause they like to hear their voice. so U deal with it....i already have......

The above response uses false logic, by nature a domestic cat and a domestic dog are very different. A cats litter box and a dog going outside are hardly the same. A cat is inside in the tenants apartment, while a dog is outside in a common area. The apartment has a duty to keep the common area of an apartment nice and clean, while they have no duty to take care of the inside of your apartment. Dogs bags are a perk that good apartments provide, I agree it is not neccesary but it is an added feature of a nice apartment complex and good upkeep. It is similiar to a laundry facility, apartment complexs don't have to provide you with a laundry facility but it makes that apartment better. I agree dog bags are not required but it is a sign of a good complex. Now if this complex would get a decent property manager and fix the hot tub all would be right in the world.
