I have been living in this apartments for last six years and management has been changed several times over this period. The New management is so far the best and treats their residents with respect. Maintenance issues are usually taken care quickly. The neighbourhood is really quite. One downside is that most of the utilities you have to pay from your pocket including water and trash. Also, there is no guest parking. Rent is also high compare to other apartments, however, you get good service.
