Don't let the good reviews here fool you. I lived here for a year and let me tell you that it is bootleg. I am not the only one who believes this, either. I've talked to many others who feel the same. We asked them to fix the air conditioner when we moved in... a year later it was never fixed. We asked them to fix our toilet that didn't work... a month later it was fixed. This is located right on a busy street (beach blvd.) and there is drag racing just about every night around 2 or 3 a.m. Very noisy. The parking situation is not ideal and the managment will not work with you on it or on anything. With all this said, the apartment will still cost you more than some of the nicer places in the area. Way overpriced.
