Whoever recommended this place in above postings must be new and obviously not aware of the reality. I was a tenant at Rosebeach for eight years and this is the worst management ever. The current manager is extremely arrogant, unfriendly, and have no idea how to talk to tenants. He is extremely difficult to deal with. He doesn't miss any opportunity to give you hard time. Rent has been raised ridicously high every new lease agreement. Our rent jacked up 35-40% in last two years. There is no change in the community, it is still old stinky place where parking is nightmare.

Community looks great from outside but apartments inside is not great. You will better off renting somewhere else. Believe, I'm not just frustrated talking ---- about new management and community, the rent they charge is not worth paying here.

THERE IS NO GUEST PARKING... ALL THE UTILITIES ARE ADDITIONAL...So you can figure out where the rent is going to go. From my experience of 8 years living here, I can guarantee you that you will better off renting somewhere else.

AGAIN, DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE.
