This apt. was very neat and clean inside(not the outside). At first, we were happy that we were renting a 2be/1.5 ba (hard to find 1.5ba apts). The apt. I rented was located right at the corner of Beach and Rosecrans and it was very noisy. Also, the apt didn't have a centralized a/c, so it was very hot upstairs. Same thing with the heater, it was very cold upstairs. Our apt. had 1 carport parking, and for additional parking we had to pay $50.00. People parked at our spot all the time, so we complained to mngmt every time this happened. We were making rent payments online and ontime, but since mgnt wasn't organized, we would always get a "Pay or Quit" notice on our door, and it was very frustrating and humiliating. $1.50 is what we paid for each washers/dryers and they were mostly broken. It'd take many days to have the mngmt have it fixed. Also, the washing machines were very durty, yuk! $1,275.00/mo. was too expensive for that place. I hope this helps with you moving decision :)
