This complex is entirely too expensive for what you get. The parking is lousy. There is hardly any security to speak of, the maintenance staff is a joke...it takes DAYS to get them to fix something, and even then its not done correctly so you have to schedule them to come back. None of the maintenance workers speak English, so that can be irritating.

There are over 500 apartments here, and the laundry rooms ARE A JOKE!!! There are 2 laundry rooms, each as about 10 washers and 10 dryers. For 500 apartments!!!!

This place was built in the 1970's and still looks like it. My apartment has ratty carpeting and fake wood kitchen cabinets that have to be 30 yrs old.

Neighbor noise can be a problem, but luckily I live in a corner of the complex where people are fairly quiet and respect privacy. However, my next door neighbor has a habit of shutting his front door kind of hard, and it shakes my whole apartment. The windows are old and feel like they are going to shatter every time a door is slammed.

Someone mentioned in a previous review about rusty water....and yes its true. I have lived here 2 yrs and have experienced this several times. Its quite disgusting to turn your shower on in the morning and see reddish-rusty water pouring out. During the warmer/hot months, ususally May to September, there is a serious ant infestation problem. And i live on the 2nd floor! There are roaches too but I load my place with roach traps, so that takes care of that problem. Luckily I have not experienced any rats, like a previous poster said. The minute i see a rat in my apt, I am OUTTA there.

So, in summary: $1000 montly rent for a 700 square foot outdated apartment, lousy management, ridiculous parking, and inadequate laundry facilites make this place NOT WORTH THE MONEY or the HASSLE.

Find somewhere else to live. I am moving from here shortly and cannot wait to give my notice!
