Too expensive for an average apartment

I'm moving out after 3 years at Brrokside.
They are way over priced. Apartments are
old. I mean you can sometimes pull the entire
electric wire if you carelessly unplug your
wire from power outlet.
Not so spacious and no patio.
It's very convenient because it's right off
91 HWY but you get enormous HWY traffic and
noisy. Overall they are about $100-200 overpriced at least, IMO.
