This is actually the very first time I have written in something like this. Those that know me know I don't normally complain about ANYTHING. But I truly feel this is THAT important for people to know. I lived at this apartment complex for less then a year. I was only there because I was struggling and trying to save money to live in a REAL apartment. While I was there, I was always getting sick, which I would just blamed on an allergy problem. My friends would tell me that there was something wrong and I needed to go to the doctor. Of course, I just chalked my sickness up to allergies. Well, now that I have been out of Brookside for over a year, I can count the times on one hand that I have gotten sick. Now, I DO NOT chalk being sick up to an allergies problem. NOW I chalk it up to the mold on the ceiling and walls that was in my apartment. I truly feel that was what caused my constant head colds. Not to mention the constant rude employees you had to deal with daily and the rodent problems and forget trying to get anything fixed. It just would not happen!! The management team makes you feel like they were doing YOU a favor letting you live in there filthy, rodent in festive apartment. They seem to forget that the TENANTS are why they are STILL there. I had actually planned on living there longer to save more money, but it was just not worth it to me anymore. Please learn from my mistake and don't make the same mistake I did!! LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
