1. My upstair neighbors created a toxic environment (cat excimate so bad the apt. bleached the cement floor and cut out the drywall), which I only found out about cos 7:45am an environmental company came to clean it out. When I was told that they weren't sure it was safe, I went to the manager's office. NO ONE KNEW ABOUT THIS CLEANING!!!! Everyone put off the blame on someone else. After throwing tantrums, I finally got a straight answer: it was just heat they were pumping in. Do you know why I didn't get a straight answer from the beginning'''' THEY WERE WORRIED IT WAS MOLD.

2. Back gate near my apt. did not close nor was it locked. Another tantrum: got it fixed but they kept it locked only for one day.

3. Security guard only came by my apt. to smoke a cigarette w/ my neighbor. Guess he got fired but the new guy is never back here.

4. A HALF NAKED WOMAN WITH A VERY LARGE KITCHEN KNIFE WAS RUNNING FROM A MAN THROUGH THE PARKING LOT WHEN WE WERE WALKING BACK TO OUR APT.

5. I just got blamed for having red writing on my sliding door window. I HAD NOTHING!!!! Why didn't they come check the complaint before naming me. Response I got' MATENAINCE THOUGT IT WAS MY APT. Don't they check these things'''

6. finally, dirty carpet when we moved it, patched holes in the wall, painted my apt after installing pipes and got paint on my furniture, lights that don't always turn on.
