Worse apt I ever lived in and I lived in the south side of Berkely - 1. I love living at Brookside Apartments The title says it all. I have been living at this complex for over 5 years and I have never had a problem. I have never had any problems with bugs, my neighbors, the parking or anything. When I have a maintenance request, it is resolved that day.

I like very quiet noise (except highway car noises)& safety matter.

Still without drinking water. This is a horrible place to live. Staff is incompetent and undereducated on what they're dealing with. Unaware of the needs of tenants and very very slow in contacting maintenance for effective service. Took 1 month plus for our apartment to get drinking water

Not Recommended Finding a parking spot is herendous. Can't find a spot after a certain time even if you live here. Maintenance is a joke. The management team are a bunch of yo-yo's. Seems like they never know what's going. Maintenance people are nice, however it does usually take
