Inexpensive monetarially...Expensive on your peace of mind & tenant rights. If you can tolerate living by and having to deal with a very bitter and unprofessional manager knock yourself out. Everyone who I've encountered @ the apartments shares the same sentiment. These apts. are inexpensive
