Not recomended - If your looking for a great place to live DONT move here. I don't know what's worse the sucky parking or apartment manager. Inexpensive monetarially...Expensive on your peace of mind & tenant rights. If you can tolerate living by and having to deal with a very bitter and unprofessional manager knock yourself out. Everyone who I've encountered @ the apartments shares the same sentiment. These apts. are inexpensive

Better off renting down the street . . . Staff is very uprofessional and seem to enjoy talking down to tenants. They do have a maintenance man on staff but I'm still trying to figure out what he does. Tenants are not treated equally and neither is the enforecement of the rules. God forbid
