Quiet & Lovely

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2003
 
The apartments are very quiet and there are lots of trees. The units are small but are in good condition. The previous landlady was very nice!!! A little worried about new landlady. The moving out requirements are extreme. You must professionally shampoo the carpet or else have it deducted from your security.
