The staff here is by far the nicest I've come across while searching for an apartment.

There are lots of children here, but they are all well behaved and I never hear them; even in the pool and playground area the noise level is extremely low.

There are three laundry rooms in the facility, which is nice, because I've never been unable to do my laundry.

There are lots of trees and rosebushes which make the propertly look very lovely. The buildings have arches on them, which I think look great and that they might look very plain otherwise.
