When I moved in it was amazing. Best apartment I ever lived in. Landlady was increidable, she was a good buffer for the pain of an owner. When the new land lady moved in...it got bad. Noise level went up, and it was from her kids. her kids had no respect for the tenants and regardless of how many times they were asked not to smoke if front of other peoples apartments they would. The prior landladies husband smoked and you wouldn't notice it unless you happen to see him!
We moved out 15 days before end of our lease...so they would have plenty of time to get the aparment ready. When we moved in there were some maintaince man problems...he was let go while we lived there...but our apartment was one that was tormented by his hand. Tyhe prior landlady was great and did what it took to take care of thingds...but there were things that were unable to be taken care nof. The new landlady new nothing of the problems So out of our deposit we received about half of it back...and it was in better condition than when we moved in!
So I would not over all recommend this property...over all not worth it...although I really loved the apartment itself.
