rooms r big (enough for me), when move in, new carpet, heat, stove, etc. and when apartment got any damage and it's not tenant's fault, all the repair is free of tenants' charge (at least so far). repair guy is friendly, and he's "FAST". after my request for fixing things, he usually get it fixed at the same day of the next. this place is a little pricy for students, but consider the quality, it's worth it.
