I really take these reviews with a grain of salt because where I live now the score is much, much lower but I like it way better than I liked this place. Hmmm, where do I start. It took over a week for the maintenance guy to come fix my sink. I called back after the week and I'm like did you forget my sink needs to be fixed. The assist. manager was like he's really busy right now, blah blah. Later in the day I see him touching up paint in the bbq area. I guess my clogged sink was of less importance. I would like to add that this happened right after I moved in so it wasn't like I was the problem and clogged it. Later I found out the maintenance guy was the her husband. Anyways then, after a while bugs started comming. Silverfish, ants and roaches. I wasn't that bothered by the ants and silverfish and the roaches were tiny but still gross! They sprayed , didn't do a thing. Next , there was a good amount of guest parking but the manager's rv took up most of the spaces. If a guest comes over you have to let them out of the gate. It's not automatic so if you don't have the remote your stuck. The outside intercom buzzer thing never worked. I think last but not least, we were paying a pretty good rate for this area but then they got bought out and a month before our lease was up they increased the rent about $300 bucks! I understand this is a buisness but come on.$300 , I am not made of money.

I never had ants or roaches, but YES, tons of silverfish! My neighbors complained about them too. Since you left, the property was sold and bought TWICE! You probably also remember in the time you were there that the pool was closed more often than not! And yes, the fact that the gate doesn't open automatically from within is a real hassle, I mean c'mon!

I stayed there at the end of 2008. I did not have problems with silverfish or roaches. Maintenance was very responsive. We got a brand new air conditioner when ours broke. You might have stayed there with an old management and it is not fair to review the current management when you stayed there so long ago.

Well, good for you. I should not have an opinion then? That was my experience and if anyone would read it states what year I was there. I think maybe people can put two and two together if they think about it.
