Would not recommend The management here is awful...they seem nice at first, wait until you are a tenant. The grounds are beautiful but way over priced apartments, walls are very thin, they charge you an arm and a leg for everything when you move out...and overall I was not satisfied

The Management staff are rude We moved in and our sink was leaking. It took 3 weeks for them to repair. then a week later no hot water, we had to take cold showers in the winter. Not reccomended. NO NO NO!!!!!!

Nice Place To Live Monte Vista is a nice place to live. The apartments are updated and large inside. The grounds are very open which is something you don't find very much anymore. The apartments are not on top of each other.

Stay Far Away I moved in just a few days ago and i already want to break my lease. In my apartment nothing works right and I just noticed that there are roaches. And if that isnt bad enough my car was stolen last night so do yourself a favor and stay away from Amber Ridge.

Caring Staff I just moved in to amber ridge about 3 weeks ago and what a difference from my old apartment at Monte Vista apartments right down the street. The office people were so helpful in finding me just the right apartment. What sticks out in my mind is how they make you feel so comfortable .

Awesome Apartment I caught this place just driving by and a nice girl showed me around. Decided to rent...was a good deal! Moved in two days ago and I am so happy! The apartment has new carpet and the view of the pool is so pretty. Highly recommend Monte Vista!
