I Will NOT ReNEW I picked this apartment because of the central location. I have the weirdest neighbors. They are actually scary, very old, one has an eye patch and very smelly. EVERY TIME they open the door it leaks into my apartment and REEKS!! Not to mention i can hear my upstairs

The Management staff are rude We moved in and our sink was leaking. It took 3 weeks for them to repair. then a week later no hot water, we had to take cold showers in the winter. Not reccomended. NO NO NO!!!!!!

Nice Place To Live Monte Vista is a nice place to live. The apartments are updated and large inside. The grounds are very open which is something you don't find very much anymore. The apartments are not on top of each other.
