Great location - older court yard complex

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
-Large 1 and 2 bedroom units, month-to-month
-Pretty grounds, fairly quiet at night
-Decent, clean pool (needs re-surfacing), not heated!
-Helpful staff, pleasant enough neighbors
-Excellent location (walk to downtown)
-Excellent elementary and middle school
-Pets allowed **CATS ONLY**
Cons:
-Aging Bldg (water problems frequent, ancient appliances, no dishwasher, no M/W)
-One receptacle in kitchen
-Carpeting often dirty, stains magically appear after you move-in
-Several gotchas on lease like 60 day notice, early move out penalties
-Parking: 1 assigned per unit - street limit of 2 hrs. in day time
-Storage: none to minimal (if you stay here long enough you may get some)
