Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Over the course of the last 6 months the rent has been raised from 1175 to what is now on craigslist showing 1600. Additionally, tenants are required to pay all utilities (previous this was not the case). Therefore you are looking at a 40% increase in rental rates in the last 6 months. TO have maintenance work completed, numerous requests must be made. If this is you just CC corporate via email or letter and watch things get done a little faster.
