City living in the heart of Lafayette - I have lived at Town Center since 2003 and LOVE it. If you enjoy city living (walking distance to everything including BART), this is the place for you. Its the newest complex in Lafayette built about 6 years ago I think and rather quiet (cannot hear upstairs neighbors, or any neighbors for that matter).
