I have lived in Club Laguna for 2.2 years. Everytime I asked for something, I was accused of something and denied almost everything. Including the mold problem.
I have photos and a pending class action law suit. If you have felt ill, shortness of breath, rashes, memory loss, chronic fatique, body aches, asthma, contact me please. I am not a lawyer, I am a sick tenant trying to help others that may not be aware that these symptoms are serious, you can die from these toxins.

The eviction notices are never properly filed with Superior Court. This cost money, and the manager is most likely bonused on cost savings. THERE IS NO VENTILATION IN THESE APARTMENTS. YOU BREATH THE SAME MOLD SPORE AIR AT ALL TIMES.

My electric bills were almost $200.00 a month. ( I lived alone ) Until the mold came. Gave me pink eye, respritory problems skin issues and I have become gravely ill.
After numerous calls over 1 year to Edison, and call after call to the bright maintence supervisor they came out, with managment in tow to cover up for the other, Lucckily present, and my bills went down to $30.00

The water bill is averaged out on a montly basis. Basically if you live alone, Its $46.16. A 2 bedroom $55.67. Club Laguna pays the city, then charges you whatever they are lacking in lost tenants.

When I asked for help from managment, I got a rent increase. I now have large amounts of toxic mold mycotoxins in my blood. I went to the board of health for the overflowing garbage cans as well.

Tried to flyer the place to inform and help others with the flu symptoms, asthma, memory loss, and other things I experienced.(children under 2 or HIV Positive, or elderly are highly at risk of health issues increasing. Then, I got evicted. But not before all the substantial evidence
Not before I had a hygenist come in and test the air, and found all the mold in my apartment. This cost $1,000. TAND IM ON DISABILITY.
The managment finds it humourous to lie cheat and steal your monthly rent when it WILL be going to doctors bills to get rid of the severe mold that is infecting everyone in your patched up apartment.
And the managment could care less about you.
