High risk of horrible experience!

I've been living in this hell-hole for 4 months and I am so glad that I found this website so that I can warn others not to move here. It's obvious that this place is in dire need of new management. This apartment complex has way more ratings compared to the others and the far majority of them are absolutely horrible and I am living proof myself that the rumors are true. I am completely surrounded by the most inconsiderate low class people I've ever encountered. My one neighbor is always having parties in his apartment with the music outrageously loud until usually around 4AM even on weekdays. Him and his friends all go out on the balcony to chain smoke (which all goes into my apartment) and be totally obnoxious. I've overheard them talking about "snorting lines" and there are people coming every so often throughout the day and leave right away. Hmm, I wonder what's going on there' I've asked the neighbor politely to respect the working people and to keep the music down at a level the allows sleep. His response is "---- off unless you want your ass beat" and a door slammed in my face. I've called the cops a couple times now and it's ABSOLUTELY WORHTLESS! All the do is knock on the door and tell them to keep it down, leave, and then it becomes loud again soon after. I've talked to probably the same jerk manager I read about in other reviews. So far he has done nothing about it. I haven't seen any change what so ever. Thank God I signed a 6 month leave and I can get the hell out of here in 2 months. I am dreaming of the day I can get some sleep. Believe me, this is not normal. I've lived in some great places before but moved here because of my job and because the place seemed like a good deal. I am willing to pay much more now and drive further to live in a place with respectful people that have to work. I have friends that live in "Creekside Laguna Apartments" and they have had a great experience all around. That is where I'm headed if I can survive 2 months longer and that is what I can recommend to those that don't want to take a chance at Club Laguna. Best wishes.
