We lived there almost two years. Not too many problems other than the ants. Neighbors at the time were nice and families. Only problem neighbor was an artist above us. I think he was in his creative moments when the music was loud, but that was not that common.

I would recommend, but just be aware you are living on an ant hill. Highly recommend using airtight containers in the kitchen.
