My car alarm kept going off for some reason, so the guy at Sham Laguna said that I have to deactivate it. Coincedentily, As soon as I did, someone broke into my car and stole my 300 dollar itouch. They left everything else. Than I called and the chick in the office started giving me attitude! I have termites flying in my house daily from the rotted wood, The a/c unit drain plugged up and flooded our closet. It ruined my Ralph Lauren suit (It actually plastered to the paint, and the maintenence guy pulled it from the wall and the color from my suit was all over the wall. They told me that I had to buy a new one and they would reimburse me' What kinda crap policy is that' I dont have a spare 500 dollars to spend. IT KEEPS GOING! We have a $275.00 Monthly electric bill' In a 2 bedroom condo' We run the fans because we're avoiding a 500 monthly bill. WARNING! YOUR UTILITY BILLS WILL BE AT LEAST ANOTHER $400 - $500 dollars on top of rent!

HAHAHA! SAME THING!!! We're on the 3rd floor and the A/C keeps tripping the Circuit. We called and they said they would be there or call someone right away to fix it....That was 3 months ago. But we somehow still have a 300 dollar electric bill? My wife was sleeping in bed Mid-afternoon one day and SURE AS ----, 2 maintenance guys walked right into our apt, and went right to the back patio. They saw my wife was in the room sleeping and they darted out! It scared the crap out of her. Thanks for your post.

Suspicious. 300 Club Drive. 11:58 p.m. Police spent two hours searching for a young man, who fled into the wilderness park when officers responded to a report of someone trying car doors. Police recovered a bag of stolen items he dropped, including an iPod and sunglasses.

<> I agree, sorry to generalize. If the tattoos look like gang or convict tattoos, that is a bad sign though. I have seen that on some tenants. They were eventually evicted because of extreme noise. The traffic in the parking lots is insane. I have suggested speed bumps and stop signs to the management. They agreed with me and told me they suggested that to corporate, but it fell on deaf ears. I've almost been hit, and I've been a quite a few near miss collisions. I've also seen kids almost run over. It seems like an easy solution to stop this, but corporate just doesn't care.

The bottom line is this company only cares about getting your money, they ignore all the complaints and are just plane rude to everyone after let get you to sign the lease.

You're dealing with J.F Shea. They are a huge company- build dams & stuff- and they don't give a damn about little pissant renters. You are nobodys to them, and they figure if you can't afford a house, then you don't have the resources to sue them-
