If you are a woman, please believe me and do not make this mistake. Just look the other way and RUN. The Palms owner is an 86 yr. old woman who will make your life miserable. Her 56yr. old nephew is the manager and both live on the property. It is a small complex of 16 apts which 14 out of the 16 are rented by older men. Men who have never been married, are divorced and have a problem with women, and drunks. There is a nice parking structure and it is well lit. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers. Cost to wash is $1.25 and to dry is $1.25. This money goes to the manager. If you don't pick up your clothes immediatley the guys will throw them out onto the dirty tabels. Including things which are very personal. The owner is not a sweet old lady, she is very cruel and I can only say that she wears "A Brillant Disguise" Famous saying: "We can't have this here and maybe you should look for somewhere else to live. I have watched too many really great people leave and I myself has finally given notice to quit. Me and my young son will hopefully find somewhere great to live and enjoy without having to stress daily if this will be our last day.
