The Dolphin Apartments are located in North Laguna and is about a half mile walk to downtown and a very short walk to parks and a public beach.

Other than the location there is not much else good to say about the complex. The units are managed my a guy that lives on site. He is a very unhappy grumpy gentleman seems to have attention deficiate disorder... He is very difficult to talk to and really seems to hate his job. As far a up keep goes, it is obvious that they try and do everything for as cheap as possible. Last year they had the parking lot resurfaced and these guys showed up with a tank of asphalt in the back of their pick up truck.. it didnt seem as though they knew what they were doing and it took them over a month to finish and its already pealing up. This is just one example of how they are very very cheap when it comes to fixing the place up.

Finally they just raised rent, yes folks raised rents during a recession when most places in Laguna are dropping rates...
