Please take my advice and do not live here. I'v been leaving here for almost a year now and cant wait until I move out. THIS WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE THAT I MADE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!

From the outside it looks nice but its hell when you move in.

Here's a little list of things you will be facing.

Child molester and people using drugs on site. please stay away if you have kids!!

1. Parking, Car will get towed, at your expense frequently.
2. gardners will scratch your car and even drop brances while trimming trees, at your expense.
3. Make sure you go through your entire apartment because once you move in, you will never have anything fixed.
4. My oven blow up and didnt get replaced for almost a week, we ate out at our own expenses.
5. My rent was always paid on time but because of new management and amount of rent, i was forced to pay more then my regular rent amount.
6. people drive over the speed limit at least 35mph going over bumps. very dangerous if you have kids.
7. mold in bathrooms, roaches and lizards under the carpets.
8. Water is turned off for an hour at least 2 X a week with NO NOTICE.
9. Electricty was out for over 24 hours. We did not have any accomadation.
10. VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT. RACIST, THANK THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT.
11. Cable wires are pulled and taken from aparmtment complex because they do not want to replace it and force you to get skylink.
12. you will share utilities paying a percentage of your neighbors. Gas, (we dont have anything thats gas but are still paying for it) water, trash, electricty. your basically paying for them to water the plants, and clean the pool.
13. management will trespass your apartment when you are not home. After you arrive you will notice things missing.
14. air condition problems, over flowing toilets and sicks, sewer smell, leaks from roof, mice, rats in parking and patios, trash everywhere, laundry will ruin your cloths, vending machines will eat up your quarters, no security on site EVER, camera's dont work and are just to make it look like they care about the complex.
There is sooooo much that i can say because i have been here and have spoken to others who have had the worst time here as well. most of them did not stay longer then 2 months because it was very uncomfortable for them to go to work or on vacation and find out that there car has been either towed or they have had things stolen from there car and apartment.

Again, please dont condier this place. You will regret this for the rest of your life if you do just like me.

remember management changes every month or so, because they cant even stay here.
