It's an Apartment...

I've lived here about a year. We have had our downstairs one bedroom apratment sprayed for ants twice, and the dishwasher and oven repaired. Sometimes you have to be persistant with maintance/the office to get stuff done in a timely manner. They keep the grounds looking nice with good landscaping and clean laundry rooms. I've not had any serious issues, as of yet.
