Be prepared to deal with cultural issues

In addition to that, some tenants are very noisy. Car alarms go off in the parking lot frequently(in the middle of the night sometimes.) As a single woman living alone I don't feel as safe here as I have felt in other communities. The laundry room gets pretty full during peak times, and you will be waiting your turn during those times. Cheap quality things in my apartment have broken (i.e pipes, faucets, towel bar, etc) In all fairness, maintenence has fixed that stuff in a timely fashion. Be careful where you park and always have your bar code clearly displayed, very tow happy place. The trees are nice and grounds well kept. Manager tries hard. Sometimes the pool gets very crowded with several little kids running around. I am looking for another place that has a washer/dryer in the unit and where I feel safer. All in all, its not a bad place to be if you can't afford better. But you will get more bang for your buck at some other places I have seen. Location is nice since its off a main street. Parking may be an issue if you have more than one car. Visitor parking goes fast and sometimes I see a few large vehicles parked in a very inconsiderate manner (partially blocking the pedestrian gate door so people have to squeeze by)
