I can't stress enough how much this place needs more parking and needs to be technologically updated. There are so many rules placed upon the parking, and they change so frequently too. It was a nightmare when I would want guest parking and there wasn't any. The excuse was always that all other apartments had the same problems. As it turns out, I've been to other apartment complexes, they have alot better guest parking. Also notice that other apartments have a place for a built-in washer and dryer in the individual apartment, but not this one. You have to use a community laundry mat and stay there with your stuff until it's done, otherwise you never know who will steal your clothes.
