Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Toilet bowls over-spilled more then 4 times within the one year rental period. Worst still, the maintenance response was horrible. The last spill, it took them 3 days to clean it up. I have a 1 year old baby then. The smell was terrible. That was the last straw.
During move out, we took hours to clean up the apartment. The maintenance manager himself acknowdged that the apartment was relatively clean. However, we still receive a bill of $300. No wonder there is a class law-suit going on with the owner.
