Horrible Management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Not sure how they hire - and they hire often since there is someone new in the office every few weeks - but they must actually try to find the most worthless, inconsiderate, stupid and arrogant fools. It can't be a coincidence that they are all that bad' Either that or the owner has a lot of dumb relatives needing jobs.
