I lived in Alicia Plaza across from Alicia Village and I can tell you the problems over there (see my review for Alicia Plaza for more detail) go hand in hand with Alicia Village. Why would anyone need "backbone" to enjoy living in a apartment' Just read any other reviews posted here besides the ONE "happy" one here to know the truth. The Alicias are crime ridden, vermin infested, dirty, run-down apartments. "Managment" is poorly run and the area itself is unsafe. The "happy" postings on here seem suspect, as a former leasing agent, I know this is one of the tricks they use to try and lure people in. I got out of the business because I no longer felt comfortable tricking people out of their money. Don't be fooled! The Alicias have a reputation of being a dangerous place to live. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more money elsewhere and stay away from the Alicias!
