I have a whole list of complaints about this place; I will try to cover them all.
First of all the rental office has a new person in there every other day and they are all completely ignorant and unorganized. The exercise room and laudry facilities are completely disgusting, and that is if they even work. The amount of screaming kids is amazing. I specifically asked about how many kids live there, and was told very minimal amount, but on the weekend it is a different story, more kids than I have ever seen at a complex. Almost every morning there are transients near the garbage bins looking for cans and bottles, not the safest place.
When I first moved in they tried to give me a parking spot as far from my apartment as possible, after many complaints I finally got one closer.
There was numerous problems at move in, and basically management lied to me about many things including prices. The condition of the apartment is not nearly as good as it should be for almost a 1000 bucks a month.
I have gotten more notes on my door from management offering money for referrals, if that's not an indication of desperation to fill apartments, I don't know what is.
